Couture Healing provides holistic healing and wellness through Reiki Healing, Chakra Balancing, Sound Therapy, and Intuitive Spiritual Coaching. Located within Reiki Pagoda & Holistic Wellness, Couture Healing offers a compassionate, supportive space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, restore energetic balance, and cultivate healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Michelle Medlik is a compassionate intuitive, Reiki Master, and spiritual healer who has been deeply sensitive to energy for as long as she can remember. Guided by a profound relationship with the Divine, Michelle experienced the awakening of her healing gifts in 2015 and has since dedicated her life to helping others discover their own capacity to heal.
As a Usui Reiki Master and teacher, Michelle has specialized training in Reiki, chakra balancing, crystal healing, sound therapy, and energy wellness. She also brings years of professional experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and peer support, allowing her to approach healing from both an energetic and practical perspective.
Michelle's own healing journey has included overcoming addiction, trauma, complicated grief, depression, and experiences of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. She has also navigated chronic health conditions including interstitial cystitis, endometriosis, and recurrent kidney stone disease. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the courage required to heal and the importance of treating the whole person—not simply their symptoms.
Through intuitive guidance, Reiki, and personalized energy work, Michelle creates individualized healing experiences tailored to each client's unique needs. Clients often describe their sessions as deeply relaxing, spiritually insightful, and profoundly transformative.
Michelle believes that everyone deserves healing. Her mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where people can reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore balance, and remember the innate ability each person has to heal.
